ROLE PURPOSE
The role of the Product Owner – RPA,Predictive analysis and chatbot is to define and deliver the automation strategy by utilizing robotics to fully or partially automate processes and ensuring that the new automated journeys are streamlined and support great experiences. The Product owner also Takes accountability for all Predictive and Engagement journeys via a multitude of channels including the Vodacom app, Tobi, social media, messaging app’s, etc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Define the RPA strategy and update quarterly to inform product and feature roadmaps.
P&L accountability; responsible for delivering on automation against revenue and cost targets
Own, drive, and focus squads on delivery of business value and roadmaps
Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Acts as single point of business contact for the DevOps team
Analyse and report delivery risks and opportunities, and engage stakeholders for communications and decision making
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
3 year business related Degree (essential)
MBA (Added advantage
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience essential in:
AI, Automation, Robotics ,Digital Product Management,Analytics and insights
Agile practices and methodologies
Experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile organisation
Strong experience in Customer Experience Transformation.
