About Us
HigherMe helps restaurants find and hire great talent. Restaurants of the world’s top brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Domino’s, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, and many others use HigherMe every day! We have a small, but mighty team of 30 people who enjoy working remotely while maintaining a strong sense of connection to each other.
We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to drive our product practice and roadmap. Our ideal PM has the technical chops and project management skills to thrive in a small, self-starter environment and a special bond with our talented engineering team to effectively manage our product lifecycle and facilitate effective communication.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end feature and product lifecycle
- Define and drive use cases, user personas, product features/requirements, roadmaps, and release plans for product features
- Develop a backlog of experiments to decrease our customers’ time to hire and increase hire rates
- Define and test product success metrics and analyze product performance
- Work with leadership to develop and iterate on the broader product strategy
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams and collaborate in the launch of products
What we’re looking for
- Experience in software development and product management
- Ability to engage in in-depth technical conversations about architectural decisions and new product features
- Super organized and detail oriented
Nice to haves
- A great sense of humor!
- Experience with Python, React.js, PHP, Laravel, MySQL and B2B Saas applications
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry
