Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 10 years of professional procurement experience; 5 years in multilateral bank-funded projects (ADB, NDB, World Bank, etc.).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of MDB procurement policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender and bidding documents.
- Conduct bid openings, evaluations, and awards.
- Manage contract negotiations and vendor performance.
- Prepare procurement plans and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with lender guidelines and anti-fraud standards.
