Job title: Procurement Officer

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Procurement, Business Management or any related field pls three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and Budgets for purchases
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data
  • Review and analyse all vendor/suppliers, supply, and price options
  • Coordinate stock control operations
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of-stock (OOS)
  • Place and receive orders to replenish stock as needed
  • Track deliveries and coordinate internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays
  • Oversee stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing and labelling
  • Perform regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget
