The Maseru District Council has been allocated funds from the Government of Lesotho for the procurement of tyres.
The Council invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the above goods.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address indicated under Section 8(a), from 09:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The bidding document, prepared in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address indicated under Section 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00. Payment shall be made in cash.
Bids must be delivered to the address indicated under Section 8(c) on or before 10:00 a.m. on 4 September 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Fifteen Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Maloti (M15,150.00).
- Bid securities must remain valid until 31 December 2026.
- Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated under Section 8(d) at 10:30 a.m. on 4 September 2026.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting at the Maseru District Council Boardroom, Khubetsoana, on the date indicated in the procurement schedule below.
