INVITATION TO TENDER NUMBER 3 of 2021/2022
The Ministry of Home Affairs invites Tenders from eligible and reputable companies to bid for the procurement of Toners and Cartridges.
Tender document is obtainable from the Ministry of Home Affairs at a non-refundable fee of M2000.00 at Home Affairs Procurement.
Compliance to tender conditions:
- Correct Number of Tender Responses (1 original and 4 copies).
- Valid Trader’s License certified at source.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT certificate (where applicable).
- Certificate of bona fide tendering must be signed and returned with Home affairs original date stamp and company date stamp.
All bids in one (1) original plus four (4) copies properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes and bearing no identification of tenderer, must be delivered to the Ministry of Home Affairs Head-Quarters in the Tender Box situated at 2nd Floor near boardroom, not later than 9:30a.m 1st June, 2021. All tenders will be opened on 1st June, 2021 at 10:00a.m in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
