LESOTHO HIGHLANDS WATER PROJECT – PHASE II
PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) owns commercial properties situated at various project sites, namely Mohale, Katse, and Polihali. These existing commercial facilities were constructed during Phases 1A and 1B of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) to provide contractors, consultants, and LHDA employees on site with access to essential commercial goods and services.
As part of the Advanced Infrastructure Works for Phase II, LHDA constructed the Polihali Commercial Centre near Polihali Village, with the intention of sub‑leasing the property to interested companies and individuals for commercial purposes.
The sub‑leasing of the Polihali Commercial Centre is expected to attract additional investment into the area and generate positive economic externalities, including job creation, skills development, and stimulation of local supply chains.
INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) hereby invites suitable candidates to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to Sub‑Lease the Polihali Commercial Centre.
