REQUEST FOR PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FOR MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit has received funding from the Global Fund in the fight against HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis and Covid‑19 in Lesotho. Part of the proceeds will be used to pay for the Procurement of ICT Equipment and other Electronic Equipment to support implementation of GC7 Grant.
You are now invited to submit your most favorable quotation for the Procurement of ICT Equipment and other Electronic Equipment to support implementation of GC7 Grant.

1. Requirements
a. Valid relevant Traders License / Business Identity Card.
b. Valid relevant Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. VAT Registration Certificate where applicable.
d. Company profile that shows experience in any or all of the following, with the contact of referees such as email and telephone numbers or purchase orders or contracts.
2. Quotation Price with Clear Breakdown for Each Costed Item
The bid price shall be for the Procurement of ICT Equipment and other Electronic Equipment to support implementation of GC7 Grant, as per specification indicated under Annexure I and II.
Prices quoted for goods to be supplied from within the country or abroad shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
3. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of six (6) weeks.

6. Labelling of Quotations

7. Submission of Quotations
Quotations MUST be deposited in the quotation box situated at the reception area at the address below on or before 22nd January 2026 at 12:00 hrs:
