Background
LRCS is currently engaged in the Covid 19 pandemic as a result the suitable candidates are urged to apply for temporary engagement for the below positions:
Procurement and Logistics
Expected duration of Assignment: 4 months
Main Duties
• Participate in various ongoing Procurement tenders (from receipt of a requisition from a substantive office, preparation of bidding documents, evaluation of offers, issuance of contracts/purchase orders, contracts management up to the closing of a procurement case);
• Draft reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Attending desk reviews and interviews with CPU buyers and drafting evaluation reports.
• Supporting in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for tendering.
• Qualification
University degree in Business Management with Supply Chain Management as core subjects, and being a member of CIPS shall be an added advantage.

Ability to efficiently use the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly.
