Title: Procurement and Configuration of Multifunctional Printers
Lesotho Electricity Company (PTY) LTD invites qualified and experienced entities to submit bids for the procurement and configuration of multifunctional printers. Bidders must demonstrate a proven track record and be licensed to supply goods of this nature.
Eligibility Requirements
All bids must include:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company Registration License or equivalent
Bids submitted without these documents will be disqualified.
Request for Bids (RFB)
The full RFB document, detailing all requirements and specifications, will be available from 24th June 2025. Documents will be sent via email or provided in hard copy upon payment of the commitment fee.

Proof of payment must be presented at LEC Customer Services for a receipt, which must then be submitted to the Procurement Department for registration. Only registered bidders will be considered.
Conditions
• Prices must be quoted in Maloti/Rand, inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties
• Bids must be submitted in any official language of Lesotho
• Late, telegraphic, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be accepted
• Packaging and labelling requirements in the RFB must be strictly followed
