The principal focus of this position will be to investigate allegations of privacy breaches occurring throughout the company in coordination with service center/business unit management and monitor completion of mitigation/prevention activities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for privacy investigations, tracking completion of corrective actions, determining whether external parties are required to be notified based on regulations and Business Associate Agreements. Drafting notification letters to clients and members regarding regulatory violations and breaches.
- Maintains Privacy Web based application in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for following state and federal regulatory requirements related to privacy.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma
Basic knowledge with limited skills or competency
Intermediate level knowledge, skill and ability
Expert and proficient level knowledge, skill and ability
