Supply and Delivery of one Multifunctional printing machine for SOS-CV

- Introduction
SOS children’s villages Lesotho intends to embark on acquisition of more efficient office equipment especially in Maseru program location. It is for this reason that it calls for competent service providers to supply and deliver to Maseru Location one Multifunctional printing machines to enable the process of child care.
Issuance and Submission of Bids
Tender documents are available at the SOS Children’s Villages Procurement office or NCO reception at five hundred Maluti M500.00 from Tuesday 12 May 2023 until Friday 22 May 2026. All tenders will be opened on Friday 22 May 2026 at 14:30 hours at SOS Children’s Villages Maseru Boardroom.
- Technical proposal in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies in an envelope marked Supply and Delivery of one Multifunctional printing machine for SOS-CV Maseru Location
- Financial proposal in one (1) original in a sealed envelope marked “Supply and Delivery of Two Multifunctional printing machine for SOS-CV Maseru location and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
- Both technical and financial proposals must be in separate envelopes that shall be enclosed in one sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked Supply and Delivery of Two Multifunctional printing machine for SOS-CV Maseru location and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
