Essential Technical Skills and Requirements
- Troubleshooting and Repair
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in laser and industrial printers
- Networking
- Strong understanding of IP networking, network protocols, wireless connectivity, and printer driver installation
- Software Knowledge
- Familiarity with print management systems and printer drivers
- Experience and Education
- Between 1–5 years of relevant work experience
- Brand Specialisation
- Knowledge of SHARP printers will be an added advantage
