MONAKELI CATERING AND HOSPITALITY
Position: Principal
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Minimum of 4 years of practical field experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach a variety of catering dishes to students
- Conduct baking lessons
- Apply accounting skills in daily operations
- Work six (6) days a week and be available after hours when required
- Contribute to the development and growth of Monakeli Catering and Hospitality training programs
Remuneration:
