Overview

The successful candidate will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and school performance while advancing the vision and mission of the Academy.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education Management, Educational Leadership, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Minimum of nine (9) years’ experience in a senior management position within a Cambridge school
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum across Primary and High School
- Proven record of improving academic standards and learner achievement
- Advanced proficiency in Cambridge assessment systems, including Cambridge Primary Progression Tests, Checkpoint Assessments, and IGCSE
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school
- Ensure excellence in curriculum delivery, teaching, learning, and assessment
- Lead and develop academic and administrative staff
- Drive continuous school improvement and academic achievement
- Oversee school operations, policy implementation, and quality assurance
- Build strong relationships with learners, parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge International standards and requirements
