Background
The Pension Fund invites applications from suitably qualified and compliant suppliers, service providers, and contractors for pre-qualification and inclusion in the Fund’s Supplier Database for the 2026/27 financial year.
Interested and eligible suppliers are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for consideration under the categories listed below.

Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Company profile.
- Certified copy of valid business registration documents.
- Valid Trade Licence or Business Identification Document.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable).
- Latest three (3) months’ bank statements.
- Confirmation letter from the bank validating banking details.
- At least three (3) reference letters from major clients for goods supplied or services rendered within the last two (2) years.
Due Diligence and Database Inclusion
Following the evaluation of submissions, the Pension Fund may conduct due diligence and verification exercises before final inclusion in the Supplier Database.
Inclusion in the Supplier Database does not guarantee the award of any contract or business opportunity with the Fund.
