1. Stationery
2. Courier services
3. Computer and software maintenance
4. Accommodation (Bed and Breakfast)
5. Training/ meeting hall venue, meals, tea, snacks, soft drinks
6. Catering
7. Advertising
8. Travel Agencies
9. Transport services (taxi hire services – cab)
10. Design and Printing (e.g. Diaries, calendars, reports, letterheads, business and Christmas cards, certificates etc.)
11. Cleaning Services (Cleaning of surroundings)
12. Security guards
13. Office Equipment
TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS
Pre- qualification applications should be accompanied by the following:
Certificate of Registration
Valid Trading License
VAT Registration where applicable
Valid income tax clearance certificate
Reference by three reputable organizations
Three (3) months bank statement
No firm should bid for more than two items
Bids in properly sealed envelopes marked”prequalification for provision of (nature of business)” should be addressed to:
