Pre – Installations Testing Supervisor In the Customer Relations Division

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position is tenable at LEC Headquarters in Maseru and the incumbent will report to the Inspections Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE, PROGRESSION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s license
• Computer Literacy is a critical requirement.
• Good interpersonal and people skills.
• Methodical and disciplined approach to work.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Preparing and allocating testing schedules to Inspectors.
• Attending to queries relating to testing activities.
• Informing relevant key customers of any changes related to the wiring standards.
• Conducting licensing tests for contractors.
• Registering contractors in accordance with set guidelines and procedures.
• Reconciling contractor’s license renewals.
• Updating registered contractor’s lists.
• Preparing daily reports on all tests carried out.
