Post-Harvest Production Lead
Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the post-harvest workflow ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Supervise drying, trimming and batching processes for efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with Cultivation, Operations and Quality teams to manage and optimize processes
• Ensure that:
• All post-harvest operations are performed as per SOPs and Production Batch Records
• Accurate documentation is maintained for traceability and data integrity
Skills
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must be able to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• The candidate must have the ability to carry out jobs in a timely fashion and meet crucial deadlines
Job Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in post-harvest processing or production, preferably in cannabis or agriculture
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience with inventory management systems or seed-to-sale tracking software
• Education: Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field
