About the Project
BAM Group Foundation (BGF) is implementing a project funded under the WYDE | Women’s Leadership Initiative as a grantee. The programme aims to strengthen young women’s leadership, transform social norms, and enhance women’s participation in political and governance processes in Lesotho.
Purpose of the Assignment
BGF seeks to engage a Policy & Research Consultant to support evidence generation, policy analysis, and the development of policy briefs and advocacy products under the WYDE Women’s Leadership Initiative.
Scope of Work
The Policy & Research Consultant will be responsible for:
- Conducting policy and legislative analysis
- Leading the development of advocacy and policy briefs
- Supporting stakeholder consultations and preparation for reform dialogue
- Providing research inputs for political and parliamentary engagement
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Development Studies, or a related field
- Strong experience in policy analysis and writing
- Experience in governance, gender, and political participation work is preferred
