Plant Manager
UNIK Construction Engineering is looking for a Plant Manager to join its Plant Department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure all machinery is maintained and serviced.
- Keep records of all owned or rented machinery.
- Manage all official plant paperwork.
- Negotiate rental agreements and deal with hire companies.
- Supervise and motivate plant staff.
- Ensure machinery complies with health and safety legislation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of plant, equipment and maintenance.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
