National Asphalt, a leading provider of high-quality, ISO-accredited hot and cold mix asphalt products, is seeking to fill the following vacancies with highly motivated and results-oriented individuals. Our products serve the mining, construction, and infrastructure industries, consistently meeting the highest standards of performance and reliability. All positions will be based in Lesotho.
Plant Manager (X1)
- Trade Certificate in civil or mechanical engineering or ten (10) years’ relevant experience in the (Asphalt) industry and a minimum of five (5) years as an Asphalt Plant Manager
- Responsible for the efficiency of plant operations including cost control, safety, employee relations, quality of asphalt, and timely delivery
- Manages staff and coordinates scheduled maintenance and service of plant
- Ensures daily/weekly/monthly inspections are conducted and production targets are met through efficient plant utilisation
- Valid Driver’s Licence required
