We are seeking a committed and patient‑focused Pharmacist to join our growing retail pharmacy team.
Position: Pharmacist (x1)
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Location: Pioneer Mall, Maseru
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
- Current registration with LMDPC
- Maximum of 2 years of working experience in retail pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of dispensing processes
- Computer literacy and basic knowledge of dispensing systems
- Patient counselling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
Responsibilities
- Accurate and lawful medication dispensing
- Professional patient counselling and clinical support
- Stock control, expiry management, and reporting
- Managing medical aid and cash prescriptions, including OTC medicines
- Upholding Link Pioneer Centre Pharmacy standards of service, integrity, and teamwork
