Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Qacha’s Nek. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications to patients, providing information about their use, ensuring the safe and effective use of medication, and advising on drug interactions. The Pharmacist will also manage the pharmacy staff, maintain accurate patient records, and comply with regulatory and policy requirements. Additionally, the Pharmacist will be involved in inventory management, ordering supplies, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (BPharm, MPharm, or PharmD) and licensure
- Experience in dispensing medications and patient counseling
- Knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience with inventory management and supply ordering
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest pharmacy practices
