Location: Mohale’s Hoek, Urban Area
Position Overview
Mjuza Filling Station is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the position of Petrol Attendant to ensure effective and friendly customer service through refueling vehicles, processing payments, and performing basic vehicle checks.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Filling customer vehicles with fuel to specified levels.
- Inspecting and topping up vehicle fluids (oil, water, windscreen washer fluid).
- Checking and adjusting tyre pressure.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Handling cash/card transactions, issuing change and receipts.
- Cleaning fuel pumps, driveways, and general station environment.
- Adhering to strict safety procedures for handling flammable fuels.
Minimum Requirements
- COSC/LGCSE Certificate, with a D pass in English
- 2 years of experience as a Petrol Attendant
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
