People Facilitator – mrpsport (Johannesburg) – South Africa

MRPSPORT has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, collaborative People Facilitator, assigned to our retail operations team. This is a hearty HR portfolio and we are looking for a self-starter who is inspired to drive culture, growth and performance.You will work in a fast paced environment, supporting the People Executive with the implementation of the Company’s people strategy. You will partner with our Retail operations team in ensuring we employ the right people at the right time and that employees are on boarded, developed, motivated and retained. You will deliver sound HR advice and service to our retail operations team, across a wide range of HR disciplines, such as Employee Relations, talent Acquisition, Talent Management and development, wellness, benefit and remuneration; and Culture. You are an employee relations guru and represent the Company at the CCMA where labour disputes arise.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Drivers Licence and vehicle and the ability to travel within South Africa
• At least 5 years’ experience partnering with business groups to deliver strategic HR solutions
• Strong experience in a wide range of HR disciplines
• Strong exposure to employee relations and a proven track record of having successfully dealt with CCMA processes, up to arbitration level
