Key Accountabilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
• Support business planning through HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Design onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee satisfaction, well‑being, and retention.
• Proactively address employee concerns and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
4. Performance & Development
• Implement and manage performance review cycles.
• Support managers in developing team capabilities through training, coaching, and development plans.
5. Culture & Communication
• Organize team activities and internal communications.
• Champion the company’s values and culture in day‑to‑day operations and decision‑making.
6. Compliance & HR Operations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, contracts, and relevant documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
• 2 years in a Specialist or Generalist role.
