PEOPLE AND CULTURE BUSINESS PARTNER (MANAGER)
Contract Type: Permanent
MAIN PURPOSE
To design, implement, and manage core people practices and frameworks that build organisational capability, leadership depth, and employee engagement.
The role is responsible for translating the People & Culture strategy into practical, high-impact programmes and processes across learning and development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 7 years in Human Resources with strong exposure to learning & development, talent management, performance management frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing people frameworks and programmes at organisational level.
- Experience in developing and curating learning programs on digital learning platforms.
- Experience using LMS, HR systems, and analytics tools.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience within the Financial Services.
KNOWLEDGE
In-depth knowledge in:
- Labour law, regulatory requirements, and HR governance frameworks.
- Learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning.
- Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Performance management systems and frameworks.
- HR analytics and workforce insights.
- Sound understanding of business strategy, financial drivers, and how people enable competitive advantage.
SKILLS
- Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective project management skills.
- Proficiency in driving and managing change.
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills to generate insights through HR analytics, dashboards, and predictive modelling.
