Job Description
Ensure on-time delivery and correctness of all data captured from payrolls onto client system Responsible for the relationship with the client
- Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedure
- Completes appropriate forms to adjust wage/salary account funds or to correct or balance a special situation
- Analyzes and resolves difficult or technical questions presented by employees or outside agency representatives
- Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations in line with established policies and regulations
- Compiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purposes and submits to supervisor for review
- Coordinates and facilitate payroll training sessions for departmental consultants on payroll policies, procedures and regulations
- Coordinates and interacts with government agencies on issues pertaining to employee compensation and deductions.
