Key Responsibilities
- Manage all pattern development and sample-making activities.
- Supervise pattern makers and sample room staff.
- Ensure patterns meet customer specifications and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising, Production, and Quality departments.
- Drive continuous improvement in pattern accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in garment pattern making, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, and pattern development.
- Experience working in export garment manufacturing will be an added advantage.
