Job Description
- Answer inbound patient calls
- Make/Change patient appointments
- Obtain payments via phone
- Notate Medication Refill requests and notify appropriate staff
- Create a positive patient experience by using current processes to provide resolutions to complex problems.
- Maintain and manage a detailed follow-up list to ensure issues receive timely resolutions when required.
- Previous experience with inbound call center and customer escalations a must.
- Knowledgeable of who we are and what we treat (PAD).
- Scheduling transportation
- Entering patients into EMR
Candidate Qualities/Job Requirements
- Must have reliable internet access and a functional computer
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Maintain a high level of professional decorum while working with patients and referring physician offices providing solutions that are a win for both the patient and the company
- Intelligence & meticulousness
- Tech-savviness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Willing and able to handle escalated patient situations
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Team player
- Google/G-suite knowledge is a plus but not a requirement
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
