Barloworld Equipment invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Parts Warehouse Assistant at one of the customer sites in the Lesotho region. Only Lesotho Nationals shall be considered. The applicant should meet the following requirements:
Key Outputs
- Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded.
- Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards
- Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP’s.
- Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards i.e. maintain parts stock, reduce stock losses/damages, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning, etc.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Picking and Dispatching of Parts
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12. •
- One year relevant warehouse/logistics experience
- Basic warehouse qualification
- Accurate numeracy skills
- Teamwork; Customer Orientation
- Attention to detail;
- Computer literacy: Basic MS Office, SAP system, etc
- Relevant Troubleshooting capability
- Basic knowledge of parts •
- Technical knowledge / background an additional advantage
- Safety process /standards compliance orientated
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions 100%
- Good Communication Skills, team player
