Position: Parts Picker
Position Overview
Goldwagen is seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals for the position of Parts Picker to ensure accurate selection, packing, and preparation of automotive parts for customer orders. The role focuses on timely and precise order fulfilment while maintaining an organised inventory and a clean, efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Picking and pulling parts based on pick lists
• Verifying part numbers, quantities, and descriptions before packing
• Preparing, labelling, and staging parts for delivery or customer pick-up
• Maintaining stock levels in the storeroom with accurate location control
• Assisting with stock counts
• Responding to customer WhatsApp requests for quotations
• Keeping shelves, bins, and storerooms clean and organised
• Bin locating and storeroom administration
• Following safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Minimum Requirements
• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Motor Mechanics, or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in an automotive company or related field
• Basic understanding of automotive components
• Ability to read part numbers, labels, and pick lists accurately
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
