We are looking for some great people who love helping our customers. You should enjoy
making people smile, their day a little brighter and have a passion for our products. This
position is remote and we are offering a fantastic part-time, 25 hours per week, Digital Customer Service Representative (email and chat) position with flexible hours between 3pm-11:30pm CT.

If helping people makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, then this position might just
be for you. We need go-getters with servant’s hearts to work answering inbound emails
and chats from our customers. These will vary from helping customers with sales, to
seeing where a shipment is, researching when something did not go great, or handling
general complaints.

We want your personality to shine through. You will be given the freedom to make
decisions on helping our customers or making sales in a way that works best for you.
You will not have a rigid script, though we will ask you to implement upsell wording at
times and to get creative in offering these on your own. You will have a full support
team ready and willing to help you out when needed!

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and writing skills and
must be able to think outside of the box to provide our customers with unique solutions.
Successful candidates will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to
multitask. Since sometimes in any customer service or sales position, we might get not-
so-happy people, it’s important you can handle these interactions with empathy and not
take it personally! Relationship building and sales experience are essential for this
position.

Awesome if you have:
– Customer service/call center experience, and actually love to help!
– Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email and chat.
– Requires intermediate software and computer knowledge, strong Web/system
navigational experience, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
– Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to identify the root issues
of problems
– Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular
duties with minimal supervision from home
– Participate in individual and team training and meetings to ensure knowledge is
up-to-date
– Ability to understand products at a consumer level
– Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
– Web camera for video calls/team meetings.

Job Snapshot:
Location: REMOTE (Must live in one of our approved states)
Job Type: Hourly – Part Time
Starting Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

The schedule can vary, but current need is 2nd shift (evenings). Must be able to adapt and
change schedules if needed based on business needs. Must be able to work either Saturdays or Sundays. Flexible hours between 3pm -11:30pm.
