Job Description: Part Time Client Service Representative responsible for hosting online interviews nationwide and internationally.
- Responsible for successfully testing respondents’ technology prior to interview.
- Responsible for hosting online projects including setting up each project with our online tools.
- Troubleshooting any technical issues experienced during tech test or online interviews.
- Written and verbal communication with clients and vendors in regards to online interviews and respondent management.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure success for all online interviews.
- Recruiting from database or provided sample respondents to participate in online and in person research.
- Other tasks may be included as the employees Manager requests.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a virtual office environment from home and be a self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented, a team player, strong organizational skills and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships. This position does require occasional travel.

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour
