We are looking for a paralegal to research divorce laws and prepare divorce form templates and standardized instructions. Ideal candidates will enjoy learning rules and regulations in different states and counties, and will enjoy writing about them in a clear and easy to understand manner. For this role we are seeking a hard-working person who will take pride in developing great products for our customers. Organization, attention to detail and great writing skills are a must. You will have the option to set your own schedule and work from home.
Duties:
- preparing and drafting certain legal papers
- researching divorce laws in different states
- preparing customer-facing standardized instruction packets
- writing about various aspects of the divorce process for our blog
Requirements
The ideal applicant is energetic, intelligent, able to deal with high-pressure situations and think on their feet. Legal experience is a plus but most important is a willingness to work, an ability to think critically, and a commitment to the success of the company.
