This position does NOT require;
- Collection Calls
- Sales Calls
- Appointment Setting Calls.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (during daylights savings time) and 3:30 pm to 12:00 am SAST
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Reference calls for background checks, which include;
- Demonstrate high attention to detail for maximum accuracy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain/Meet operation metrics
- Attend on-going regulatory and process training.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Type 40 wpm.
- Extensive attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task between different production processes
- Must be able to consistently drive results with little prodding or supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to discreetly handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
