Job Description
Makheea Research and Analytics is seeking enthusiastic Outbound NPS CATI Agents to conduct customer satisfaction surveys via our Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system. This role is vital for collecting customer insights and measuring Net Promoter Score (NPS) to improve client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for NPS surveys
- Accurately record responses using CATI software
- Follow scripts with a friendly and natural tone
- Handle objections professionally to encourage participation
- Ensure high-quality data collection in line with company standards
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or market research (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and a clear, professional phone manner
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CATI software is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Fluency in both Sesotho and English is an added advantage
