We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Organizational Change Management professional to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.
Duties/Tasks:
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to identify those topics that require targeted communications
- Create and execute communication campaigns to garner excitement and create awareness about Unisys Federal programs and the value they are bringing to our customers
- Work with program and other Unisys leadership to ensure that messaging is consistent across all communication mediums and forums
- Coordinate with customer liaisons to ensure that communications are appropriate for the target audience, reviewed (including security), and approved for distribution
- Write and maintain Change Management Plans in collaboration with colleagues and customers
- Creatively solve problems with tact and respect
- Organize and work with Change Agent Networks to ensure they are informed and motivated
- Collaborate with training personnel to help improve end user training based upon feedback and lessons learned
- General administrative and other tasks as assigned
- Objectively measure the efficacy of OCM efforts
You’ll be set up for success if you have prior experience:
- Working with the Department of Defense and/or other Federal Agencies
- Communicating complex ideas in very simple terms
- Creating a collaborative work environment
- Fostering an environment that is “safe” for asking questions, making mistakes, and learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years’ experience
- Experience working with the DoD a plus
- Skills with customer relationship management and de-escalation
- Clear communication skills
- Active listener
- ITIL Foundations a plus
- OCM Certification a plus
- Ability to initiate, lead, and deliver successful projects through managing teams in a timely manner with little supervision
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
- Interim Secret clearance or higher is required
- Must be a US citizen
