What is the primary purpose of this role? How does it contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives?

Prospects for new sales opportunities, develops pipeline & closes opportunities. May or may not execute renewal contracts. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and passes to appropriate resource.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What are the primary responsibilities and accountabilities of this role?

  • This position is responsible for identifying, generating and qualifying new sales leads.
  • This function will identify new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing processes, and existing customers.
  • This role will be skilled in explaining the benefits of Thomson Reuters products and services to potential clients, in a concise manner that creates further product curiosity.
