The Service Offer Management and Development function aims to create a world-class organisation using product management and product development disciplines and roles, responsible for the management and development of our global standardised service offers. The functions central mission to manage and transform our service offer capability, which is core to our strategy.We are currently seeking to employ an Operations Specialist that will take responsibility to support the current service development practices, ensure current practice to tool alignment and manage current practice and tools training, coaching and support.


What you’ll be doing


Key Roles and Responsibilities


Service development Practices support

Define a comprehensive ongoing management plan for the current service development practices Ensure alignment of the service development practice to the overall Dimension Data strategy Effectively execute and maintain the ongoing management plan Enhance and improve the service development practices based on engagement with Group and Regional stakeholders Document and actively manage the service development practices support content Actively communicate and educate all Practice related updates to the relevant stakeholders


Service development Practice to tool(s) alignment

Update all service development Practice changes within the Confluence, JIRA and AgileCraft tools Actively communicate and educate all tool related updates to the relevant stakeholders


Service development Practice and tools training, coaching and support

Daily Confluence, JIRA and AgileCraft tool and Service development practice user support Confluence, JIRA and AgileCraft tools and Service development practice training to the relevant stakeholder groups Daily Confluence, JIRA and AgileCraft tool and Service development practice coaching


Requirements: Education and Training

  • Degree in business, process management or information technology


Personal Attributes and Skills Required


Experience

  • Experience in documenting and managing Agile service development processes in process driven work environments
  • Experience in the process of developing and implementing new services
  • Experience in training direct and online users
  • From a training and support perspective, expert experience in Confluence, JIRA and AgileCraft tools
  • Experience with communicating, engaging and managing stakeholders
  • Experience in understanding tools reporting and data quality management
  • Experience in and with operational aspects of a services business
  • Ideally some experience in working with multiple international entities

  • Displays excellent process, technical and business documentation writing skills
  • Has expert Excel and Microsoft SharePoint skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Displays good listening skills

Required Knowledge

  • Understanding of Scaled Agile for Enterprises (SAFe) or similar related Agile practices
  • Understanding of tools such as Confluence, JIRA and AgileCraft and generic tool systems concepts
