Seefar Foundation is inviting applications from qualified freelancers to join its Operations Roster. Successful candidates will support the Foundation’s operations and programmes by ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with donor and organisational requirements.

About the Role
Seefar works globally to support stable and just communities through innovative programmes. Recent initiatives include:
- Digitalising return and reintegration services for migrants in Sweden.
- Developing referral platforms for migrants from Afghanistan, Ethiopia, and Eritrea.
- Building a STEM talent pipeline in Nigeria for employment opportunities in Germany and Ireland.
- Developing gamified educational outreach programmes in Morocco.
The Operations Roster plays a key role in ensuring these programmes are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
Available Profiles
Applications are invited for the following freelance roles:
- Assistant – Audit
- Supports the Audit Lead and Project Managers in preparing audits.
- Assistant – Finance
- Supports the effective management of project and organisational finances.
- Associate – Audit
- Leads internal and external audit processes.
- Specialist – Operations Systems
- Designs templates, systems, and automations to support complex operational requirements.
- Specialist – Donor Compliance
- Provides specialist advice on managing grants from the European Union, Member States, and the United Kingdom.
- Specialist – Entity Governance
- Advises on the governance of non-profit entities in Belgium and Sweden, and for-profit entities in Ireland and Hong Kong.
Indicative Daily Rates

Note: Rates are inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes and charges. Applicants are encouraged to quote a competitive hourly and daily rate. Seefar applies the same rate structure globally regardless of location.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be willing to undergo reference checks and basic vetting.
- Not be engaged in full-time employment.
- Be able to take full responsibility for their independent contractor status.
