Main Purpose of Position:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager coordinates the provision of services to customers within the branch, in compliance with legislation, Company policies and procedures, to ensure achievement of
budgeted financial targets.
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effective management of the branch financial performance
• Effective management of staff
• Effective management of operations
• Ensure Health and Safety Compliance
• Customer Relationship Maintenance
• Labour Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Security Management
• Computer Literacy
• Driver’s License (3 years and above)
• 10 years’ experience in Private Security Management
