At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when they want, and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to get staff when they need it.

CBH is looking for an Operations Manager in our Marketing organization to own special projects with the aim of growing our company brand and increase the number of professionals using our platform. This individual will work directly with our Marketing lead to improve overall team performance and to test and execute new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own the planning and execution of new initiatives
• Work across teams to implement projects and new processes
• Discover new opportunities through market and customer research
• Find potential opportunities and own finding multiple solutions, including the testing and execution

Qualifications:

• Loves all things data – reporting, modeling, driving results.
• Eagerness to learn and teach learnings across multiple teams.
• Works at a very fast pace.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• A passion for creative problem-solving
