Position: Operations Manager
• Manage overall Mountain Kingdom Drops’ operations
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Formulate Mountain Kingdom Drops’ strategic and operational objectives
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance
• Prepare and complete action plans, implement them and identify trends
• Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Should be Customer centric. and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Ensure all processes remain compliant with HACCP, FSMS and other health and Safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Business Management or related Qualification
• 3 or more Years experience in similar Position
• Experience in Retail will be an Advantage
