Job Title: Operations Manager
Duration: 3 Months (Stand by for Manager who will be on Maternity leave)
Responsible for ensuring that operations are running smoothly and customer’s requests are met
DUTIES:
– Facilitate customer orders
– Deal with enquiries and orders from customers
– Ensure there is enough level of stock
– Be a team player and assist in all areas of the restaurant
– Lead by example
– Ensure sales target (Weekly and Monthly) are met and there is good management of costs
– Provide information and report to Managing Director and Accountant as requested
– Performed other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– Minimum of Diploma in Hospitality or Relevant Qualification
– 1-2 years working experience in cahrge of people
– Possession of Driver’s license will be an added advantage
