Operations & Execution Manager

Sesotho Fashioneng is looking for one exceptional person to take ownership of operations and execution.
This is not a role for someone who simply attends meetings, takes instructions and reports problems.
We need an operator — someone who makes things happen.
You will work directly with management and coordinate our team, projects, partners, suppliers, campaigns and events.
What You’ll Own
- Weekly and daily team deliverables.
- Project timelines and execution calendars.
- Staff accountability and follow-ups.
- Events, launches and operational logistics.
- Supplier and partner coordination.
- Progress and performance reporting.
- Identifying problems and proposing solutions.
- Making sure commitments become completed work.
We want someone who can confidently ask:
What needs to happen? Who owns it? When is it due? And has it actually been done?
Who We’re Looking For
You should be:
- Highly organised and disciplined.
- Excellent at follow-through.
- Comfortable holding people accountable.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented.
- Strong at communicating with different stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and make decisions.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, calendars and project-management tools.
- Professional in both English and Sesotho.
Relevant qualifications and experience in operations, project management, business management, events, administration, hospitality, marketing operations or related fields will be considered.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, together with an employee benefits and work-tools package that includes:
