We have an outstanding opportunity for an Operations Assistant to work within our Communications Division.

The post-holder will be responsible for providing programme support across a wide range of tasks to enable the division to achieve its communication objectives. This work includes (but is not limited to) responding to queries both from within the organisation and from outside stakeholders, maintaining a database for records and documentation, and assisting with travel and logistical arrangements.

To be considered, you must at least have a secondary qualification to “A” Level or equivalent vocational qualification. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in administrative duties and familiarity with financial procedures. Previous experience in carrying out logistical arrangements will be an advantage.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:

  • ability to plan and prioritize work activities, as well as effective management of tight deadlines;
  • high attention to detail;
  • ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work demands; and
  • excellent oral and written communication.
