Operations and Marketing Trainee
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity? Jalad Africa/Zeri Leather, a leather bag manufacturing business based in Tikoe Industrial Area, Lesotho, is seeking an Operations and Marketing Trainee to join their team. If you have a passion for manufacturing and dealing with customers, then this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office tasks, including file organisation, basic bookkeeping with Zoho Books, and inventory management for leather goods.
- Excellent customer communication and experience.
- Track customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment, including coordinating and liaising with production and shipping partners.
- Assist in content creation aligned with the brand’s identity, track social media metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist in ensuring that product presentation meets brand standards with high-quality images for marketing and e-commerce and gather customer feedback to inform development.
Required Skills
- Prior exposure to financial records keeping and accounting software such as Zoho Books.
- Passion for photography.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content for different forms of marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing
