- Ensure timely and quality checking and processing of correspondence from and to sponsors to reach the AP’s within the set timeline.
- Input the data from all correspondence received in the system.
- Participate in ADP sponsorship reviews and audits.
- Assist in all logistical needs of the departmental visitors to World Vision Lesotho, ensuring that transport and accommodation needs are taken care of in an efficient and proactive manner.
- Coordinate the schedule of appointments, meetings, travel, and other business functions for department.
- Assist in any other issue relating to sponsorship correspondence and activities, administrative and training logistics.
- Collect letters from the Post Office on weekly basis.
- Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma with at least five years’ experience in Administration Work/ Degree in Social Sciences or Education, or Administration plus three years’ experience and proven good performance record in working with Communities and Children. - Ability to plan and organize work without much supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to deal with local and international service providers.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, good communication skills and computer literacy.
- Competencies and skills:
- Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
- Attend in daily devotions and weekly Chapel services.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Working Environment / Conditions:
• 70% Office-based
• 30% Field work
